An indoor arcade at Melawati Mall with a wide range of machines including redemption games, racing cabs, and skill games. Staff conduct is the primary complaint across multiple independent reviews.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Families who can navigate the counter quickly and get straight to the machines will find a solid arcade floor worth visiting. The staff conduct issue is persistent enough across independent reviews that it warrants caution - families sensitive to poor service interactions may find it mars an otherwise decent outing.

Overview
Arcade by Funkids at Melawati Mall runs a broad floor of arcade machines in a well-lit, clean setting. The game selection receives positive feedback from visitors who focus on the machines rather than the counter interaction. Multiple reviewers - across different visit dates and shifts - report rude and unhelpful behaviour from counter staff, with some describing the interaction as the reason they will not return. The pricing model uses a coin or credit system with a per-token charge.
