There was a miscommunication woth the customer services on the schedule and course. However, The staff, Yony at 163 mall was so helpful and supportive when I enquiry the course and solve my queries. The coach JY is also patience when coaching my son. He is enjoyable. Although the beginning experience is not good but the overall experience with Blue Ice is smooth after the staff and coach support. TQ.

Best for families introducing children to ice skating, particularly those who want patient, structured coaching. Off-peak weekday sessions offer a near-private rink experience. Kids aged 5 and up take well to the beginner programs here β the staff-to-skater ratio during quiet sessions is excellent.

βGreat experience at Blue Ice Skating. The rink is well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful, especially Jamuna and Dipu. Itβs a fun place for both beginners and experienced skaters. I really enjoyed the session and would definitely come back again.β

βGreat experience ice skating. People here are super helpful including Yony, Jamuna and Dipu. We came during off peak hour (11am on Wednesday) and there was only one other person. We will definitely be back !β
