Enigma Escape - Eco Palladium

“Went as a group of 6 people and played Masterpiece Heist: The Museum Caper at Enigma Escape – Eco Palladium. It was my first escape room, while the rest of my friends had some experience, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable introduction. We managed to escape successfully, though it took us a little while to get into the groove at the start. Once we did, everything flowed really well. The puzzles were fun and well thought out, and the set design and props were immersive and playful, which made the whole experience engaging without being overwhelming. The difficulty felt “just nice”- on the easier side compared to tougher escape rooms, but perfect for beginners and definitely family-friendly. The staff and game master were friendly and entertaining, from the introduction all the way through the game. The hints were given at the right moments and were helpful without spoiling the fun or giving too much away, which we really appreciated. Overall, this is a great starting point for first-timers or groups looking for a lighter, enjoyable escape room experience. We had a lot of fun and would definitely consider coming back to try another room!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an amazing experience at *Cursed Stay: The Test Sleeper*! The horror atmosphere was seriously on point — from the moment we stepped in, the eerie lighting, creepy sound effects, and detailed scenes made everything feel so real. Some parts genuinely gave us chills (and a few screams 😂). The storyline was engaging, and the setup of each room was well thought out, making the whole experience immersive and exciting. What made it even better was the staff. They were super friendly, welcoming, and surprisingly cute too! 🥹 They explained the rules clearly and made us feel comfortable before and after the game. Great service definitely adds to the overall experience. Overall, it was thrilling, fun, and totally worth it. Would definitely visit again — maybe to try another theme (and get scared all over again)! 👻✨”

“Entered JB with a couple of friends on a public holiday for a catchup session but we didn't really had any plans on what activites to do besides lunch and dinner. But escape room was always at the back of my mind so after some convincing, my friends agreed to head straight to Enigma Escape at Eco Palladium. It was our first time here but I have to say The Wizard Crisis was a solid 9 out of 10! The props in the rooms together with the storyline were truly astonishing and I especially love how intuitive the mechanisms were. The puzzles weren't very challenging hence it is definitely family-friendly. With some help from the efficient game master and the extra time granted to us, I can finally say: Mission Accomplished!💯 Thank you Enigma Escape! We will be back🤗”

“Great escape room experience at Enigma (Eco Palladium). We plated the begining. Loved the game design, fun puzzles, and the surprises. The storyline was engaging and kept things exciting.
