“The place is good and comfortable. But there should be more personnel inside to have visitors to move and not to overstay the 5 minutes time. Problems I saw was: 1. Only have personnel to ask to leave bottle outside, but none inside. 2. There is no control to have batches to move in and out. It will be more organised 3. Visitors do not want to move causing a backlog to a point some that came in just left because visitors blocking the place and also using their camera/ iPad/ tablet to further block more.”

“The panda conversation centre where the pandas were seated was fully air-conditioned. The atmosphere was comfortable, clean and it doesn't smell. You can watch the pandas in close proximity. The pandas were well taken care of. It was a great experience to be able to see pandas in Malaysia.”

“A must visit in the Zoo Negara. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Wheelchair friendly. Entry by group (very well managed), each group allocated about 5 minutes. Entrance fee is already included in the Zoo Negara entrance ticket (online purchase of ticket is highly recommended).”
