GSC IOI Mall Damansara

“What impressed us the most was how Nithya went above and beyond her basic duties. Not only did she guide us step-by-step on how to use the self-service kiosk, but she also took the time to explain the current promotions and combos available. She showed us how to save costs by purchasing ticket-and-snack bundles, which we honestly wouldn’t have noticed without her explanation. It’s rare to meet someone who’s not only efficient but also truly cares about providing a great customer experience. Nithya's professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail reflect the kind of leadership qualities that GSC should be proud of. Staff like her make customers feel valued and turn a simple movie trip into a memorable experience. Kudos to GSC IOI Damansara for having such a dedicated and passionate team member. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this branch to friends and family!”

“Had a great experience at this cinema! The place was spotless-seriously, it was so clean I almost felt like I could eat off the floor. The BIG hall was huge and foyer area was perfect for a quick selfie before the movie started. Big thanks to Aswin (she was amazing!) for helping me out when I had no idea how to use the kiosk machine. Super friendly and patient, made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!”
