“I had a really pleasant experience at GSC KSL Cinema on 1/1/26 afternoon. The cinema was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a movie. The sound and screen quality were solid, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment I walked in. I would especially like to commend one of the crew members, Aliff, who truly stood out. He was polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful, handling his duties with a positive attitude and a warm smile. It’s rare to see someone who takes pride in their work and still makes customers feel comfortable and appreciated. His professionalism really enhanced the overall experience and left a lasting impression. Because of the service and environment, GSC KSL Cinemas will definitely be a place I return to. “Never went to KSL after Paradigm was launched at Nov 2017. Until a situation arise how the holiest of all Tamil films, Padayappa was released only at GSC KSL City. So I bought tickets and watched twice. Hall 3 had a quite modest screen size and applaud worthy projection brightness. Never thought GSC would upgrade MBO KSL cinema to such impressive extent. The sound system and sound clarity was outstanding 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 well done guys. Had a great 3 hours watch here. 26 years ago I watched the same film at GSC Pelangi Leisure Mall (now taken over by independent cinema) which is blocks away from GSC KSL City and now after all these years watched in the vicinity at another GSC. When my family came (6 people) to buy movie tickets, we didn’t know there was a scratch card promotion for purchasing 4 tickets. Haiqal kindly informed us and explained the promotion clearly.
