“The cinema is very clean and comfortable. Seats are spacious, sound system is clear, and the picture quality is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially at the ticket counter. The location inside Lotus Kepong is convenient with plenty of parking and food options nearby, so it’s easy to enjoy a meal before or after the movie. Overall, a great place to watch movies with family and friends.”

“The overall experience is upgraded compared with the previous operator. The seats are acceptable but much more comfortable than before. Video and audio quality are also normal (acceptable).”
