“Watching a movie at the cinema is one of the most enjoyable activities for me. Recently, I had the opportunity to watch a film at the cinema with my friends. As soon as we stepped into the screening hall, we could feel the comfortable and well-organized atmosphere. The seats were soft and spacious, which made us feel relaxed throughout the entire movie. In addition, the large and clear screen, along with the powerful and balanced sound system, truly provided a different experience compared to watching a movie at home. Every action scene felt more thrilling, while the emotional scenes were more touching and meaningful. The lighting and visual effects were also very satisfying. Moreover, the cinema was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful when we purchased our tickets and snacks. Overall, the movie-going experience that day was very enjoyable and created beautiful memories. I hope to experience it again in the future.”

“I have a great time watching Send Help Early February 2026. The staff are very nice and helpful with suggestions when I don't know what food to order. The movie itself is fine, screen is big, clear and the volume is just right. The hall is also clean and I'm sure the staff plays an important role in this regard. Overall I'm very satisfied, I'll definitely come again when I want to watch a movie”

“watching Badak at GSC Sunway Big Box was a smooth and positive experience. Important thing is free parking bro. The ticket price for adults was just RM15. Visiting on a weekday meant the crowd was minimal and only me inside the hall that time, but it created a calm atmosphere. The ticket kiosk worked without any issues, and the staff were polite and helpful when scanning the tickets. The cinema hall was easy to locate without needing to ask the staff for directions. The hall itself was well soundproofed, with no disturbances from neighboring screening rooms. The seats in the hall were comfortable to use. Overall, I would visit again if there is a good movie to watch.”
💬 What parents mention
Overview
GSC Sunway Big Box delivers premium sound and screen quality across well-maintained halls. The Play+ cinema is the standout - lower ambient lighting, a ball pit, a slide, and seating options ranging from lounge chairs to family rows seating four. An outdoor playground sits adjacent for pre- or post-film energy burns. Staff are consistently praised for helpfulness at ticketing and the snack counter.
