Came here impromptu with a few friends and had an amazing time. The staff offer discount coupons due to our visit being on a weekday. The track is well maintained and Go-Karts run well. One my companions was absolutely hooked and went for a couple rounds. Would definitely recommend for intermediate to experienced Go-Karters. The staff are pretty cool too sharing some of the track history. Do note that servicing and track staff mostly speak berhasa Melayu but the front counter staff are trilingual and can cater to English, Malay and Mandarin

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with older children and teens who want an entry-level go-karting experience at budget pricing. The track suits beginners genuinely learning to handle karts.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

Ask about weekday discount availability when booking at the counter

Had an enjoyable time with friends and family. Friendly staff. Short route but very fun. Great for 1st timers like me and my friends. Would definitely go back when we visit the area again.

The Chinese service staff at the counter was the highlight of the visit, polite, friendly, and provided a good level of service. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short of expectations. The karts appear to be poorly maintained. When I got into mine, there were small rocks and debris on the seat, which the pit staff didn’t bother to clear. The seat was so close to the steering wheel, it was positioned almost right infront of my chest. When I asked if the seat could be adjusted, I was quickly brushed off with a simple head gesture indicating “no.” It’s hard to believe the seats are not adjustable at all as even older rental karts typically allow some form of adjustment. Brake performance also varied significantly between karts. Saw other karts locking up their wheel under braking, while my kart barely slowed down despite full braking pressure. This could be a safety concern, especially for inexperienced drivers. The track itself is quite fun and offers a short but engaging layout. However, there’s a noticeable amount of gravel and small pieces of broken concrete scattered around. These can easily fly up and hit your helmet or exposed areas during a session, which also explains the debris found on the seats. At RM55 per 10-minute session or RM150 for three sessions, pricing is on the lower end, so expectations should be managed accordingly. That said, there was no safety briefing before the session; we were simply instructed to wear helmets and get into our karts. This could pose risks for new drivers unfamiliar with kart controls and safety. While the overall experience was still relatively enjoyable once on track, but there’s significant room for improvement in maintenance and safety.

Went to GT Karting on a Friday afternoon. There was no one around and it was like a ghost town. Paid RM 600 for 4 pax for 30mins each. The circuit is a bit small so it gets repetitive quick. However it is ideal for beginners to learn how to maneuver curves. Karts are sadly not well maintained. I had to switch karts twice as they malfunctioned. The first couldn’t even start, the second kept on stopping on the tracks mid racing session and I had to be pushed back to the pit stop area. On one occasion, the kart I was driving sounded like it was about to explode as I pressed down on the accelerator. While karting, the track occasionally sprays you with little rocks too. Props to the Chinese staff who told us the rates etc for our karting session. She was patient and friendly and seemed like the only one that had service standards. A Malay lady in particular looked as if she was having a bad day or hated her job with the attitude that she gave us. I hope that she is not held against her will working at GT Karting. An otherwise fun experience if you close an eye towards the subpar service and the wonky karts. A bonus is that there are kittens roaming around the reception area!
