I am not a dog lover, but I still had a good time here. It is a great spot to interact with dogs even if you don’t own one. The huskies are very friendly and the staff are helpfulβ€”they even use your phone to take plenty of photos for you during the session. The session was RM 38 for 1 hour of playtime. I saw some people complain about the cleanliness, but I don’t think that’s fair. I arrived early and saw them sweeping and wiping everything down. Even during the session, they were actively cleaning up any fur that gathered in certain areas. After the dog session, there is a small museum area you can visit, though it is just a single room. They also sell merchandise like plushies and towels. For photos, they offer a hard copy for RM 20, but it’s optional since you already have the ones on your phone. Your clothes will definitely get dog fur on them, but they provide lint rollers to clean yourself up before you leave. They also offer dog treats if you leave a review; I didn't opt for this as I didn't want to deal with the saliva from feeding them, but the experience was still worth it. Friendly environment even for those who aren't specifically dog people.

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children who are comfortable around medium-sized dogs and want a close-contact animal experience in Kuala Lumpur. The staff-guided format keeps the session structured and safe, making it a viable first dog interaction even for children who haven't been around dogs before.
