The staffs were absolutely wonderful, so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring towards the customers. I was alone and juggling both children just now, and they kindly stepped in to play with my daughter while I attended to my son. That small act of help meant so much to me as a parent. You can really feel how thoughtful and welcoming the staff are, and it made our visit comfortable and stress-free. The place is clean and nicely kept. It’s not very big compared to other play areas, but the space is well organised and comfortable. Just a small note: the floor near the toilet area can be a bit slippery if you’re wearing normal socks, maybe a matte floor would helpful. (not a big problem actually) Overall, such a pleasant experience. Well done, and we’ll definitely come again 😊

“Hi, I celebrated my daughter’s birthday here and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The place is cozy, safe, and just the perfect size. big enough for kids to enjoy and play freely, yet small enough for us adults to sit, relax, and still monitor our children easily. The staff were incredibly cooperative, and the owner was truly amazing. They helped with the decorations, were supportive throughout, and made everything smooth and stress-free. We felt very welcomed and cared for. Overall, we had the best time and a joyful experience. It’s an amazing place for kids’ celebrations, and I highly recommend it!”
