1 / 3Kompleks Sukan Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh
đ Kompleks Sukan Ipoh, Perak
Multi-sport public complex in Ipoh's city centre with facilities including swimming, track, and court sports clustered within walking distance of each other. Open to the public at affordable rates.
Am actually impressed Ipoh has all these facilities walking distance with one another. N open to public too. I think all state should do this so it can help with the maintenance expenses in addition to create an active nation instead of screen addicts n obese foodies
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for active families who want to mix sports in one outing â the walkable cluster of facilities means older kids and adults can split across different activities simultaneously. Most useful for families already in Ipoh; the outdoor-heavy setup suits dry-day visits. Less suited to toddlers or families seeking structured play programmes.

âOn the day I participated in the 10km marathon, the weather turned bad; it started to rain. Although the weather wasn't ideal, it made the race more challenging and added a special memory to the entire process. At the start of the race, the light drizzle on my face brought a refreshing coolness, but it also made the track slippery, demanding greater stability with every step. Running in the rain is a completely different experience. The rain pattering on the ground, the interplay of rain and footsteps creating a unique atmosphere of close contact with nature. Although I was gradually soaked, this damp chill actually fueled my resilience and perseverance. Each time I faced the wind and rain, I silently reminded myself that overcoming the difficulties was the best opportunity to challenge myself. During the race, the other participants around me were also running hard in the rain, and their smiles and encouragement became a silent source of strength. Especially near the finish line, although I was exhausted, looking at the finish line filled me with a strong sense of satisfaction and pride. Participating in a marathon in the rain was difficult, but it taught me the meaning of facing challenges head-on. After completing this 10km race, I deeply realized that no matter how the environment changes, as long as you remain steadfast in your heart, you can always find the strength to move forward. This was an unforgettable experience and a valuable life lesson.â
