1 / 3Menara Taming Sari
π Banda Hilir, Melaka
A rotating observation tower offering panoramic views of Melaka's UNESCO World Heritage cityscape from 80 metres up. Suitable for toddlers and kids, with day, sunset, and night ride options.
We visited recently and experienced this awesome view of entire melakka city. Badly we visited on public holiday and there is long queue may take upto 1hr+ to ride. But we found at there is express ticket that can skip queue which is only RM 36 per head (non-malaysian). Note: only 7 person from express queue are allowed every ride and balance seating from normal queue. Every ride can take upto 30+ which is full of air conditioner amd you can have seated to experience this stunning view. It will take exactly 5min for this ride, next time we planning to go in night to take the perfect view. Parking space is very difficult especially if you are visiting weekend and public holiday. So plan accordingly and Enjoy your trip in Malacca. Cheers π»

βI recommend visiting Menara Taming Sari around 7:00 PM to enjoy the beautiful view of Melaka when the weather is cooler and more comfortable. I visited during the school holidays, so the crowd was expected. Tickets can be purchased directly at the counter, and the staff were efficient, making the process quick and smooth. The waiting time depends on the length of the queue, especially during peak hours. The attraction is also wheelchair-friendly, making it a good option for families with elderly visitors or those with limited mobility. Overall, it was a great experience with amazing panoramic views of the city. Definitely a must-visit attraction and should be included in your Melaka itinerary.β

βNice view. Didnt have to wait much to get on and to be lifted up. Can see a lot and there is brief commentary provided. Pricing is slightly higher in the evening after 6pm. Would be great to come during sunset but may be busier then. Water is also given which is a nice touch. Overall lovely view and would suggest trying it out.β

βIf you want to take a panoramic view of one of Malaysiaβs beautiful cities, you should definitely not miss this observatory tower. Built on the famous central street of the city, the tower takes visitors to almost 100 feet above the ground. The visitors are advised not to stand while in the observation tower. The seating deck revolves around the tower to give customers an all-around view of the city. The ride takes almost 20 minutes and binoculars are available for rent as well at the counter. The check-in process is well organized and smooth, so is the checkout process. Iβd suggest taking the ride in the evening to get a really nice sunset view and the late night views of the city too. The tickets are available at the counter without any additional charge.β
