“Best to come during weekdays, hence explains the shots where there are almost no kids in them. 😂 Spacious and safe for your kiddos to run around and they have quite a variety to cater to different age groups. The situation here can be quite different during the weekends though. Still gotta look out for your children just in case the other kids get a little too rough. Staff here is..decent. Would appreciate if they could properly welcome customers with a smile and thank customers with a smile. Also there are ways to enforce the rules without sounding rude and impolite. Definitely could use more training from the management. Oh yes...it's really hot and stuffy. They'll keep blaming Lotus' as it is a central air-conditioning but they need to sort it out with them for the comfort of their customers. With all the running and jumping, it's really unpleasant to be soaked in your sticky icky sweat 😅”
