“An experience you need to try at least once . Worth the money . But I came at night so it felt a bit wasted since the ticket is a one time payment . Better to come earlier when they open so you can enjoy longer . I didn’t get to repeat the games many times because of the short time but all the activities were really fun . We liked it so much 🤩🤩🤩 The cold is no joke . Even colder than some winter countries I’ve been to . It’s really a fun challenge to test yourself 😹 All the staff were super friendly . I brought my elderly mum and they took great care of her just like they did with the kids . From registration to buying souvenirs everyone was kind and very helpful 🙌🏻🌟🌟 A place I’d happily revisit ❄️”

“Great fun. A rare treat in Malaysia: real snow, ice, and a crisp –15°C environment you can pop in and out of all day. Tickets allow unlimited re‑entry, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful throughout. Jackets are provided, though it’s still smart to dress warm. Inside, you’ll find three good‑sized ice slides, a spinning ride, and plenty of colourful ice sculptures and small fun things to play. Fine snow is constantly blown in to keep the atmosphere lively. It’s the largest setup of its kind in the country; you can see everything in about 30 minutes, but the real fun is staying to slide, play, and enjoy the cold for as long as you can stand!”

“I had such an amazing time at Snowlim Wonderland. The whole experience was magical from start to finish. I was especially impressed by Labubu, who entertained me so wonderfully, and later I found out it was actually Mr Solaman, one of their incredibly talented staff members. His energy and friendliness truly made my visit unforgettable. The interior setup was just as impressive, vibrant, fun, and full of creative details that made the place feel like a true wonderland. Every corner was picture-perfect and filled with joyful vibes. Definitely a five star experience that I would love to relive again. ❄️✨”

“Had an amazing experience! My chid was super happy. It was too cold for me. Not the place but the air conditioning hitting my face like freezing the nose and ears off. My child really enjoyed she was so excited. They can probably come up with more fun games. As some space are just left out - just a suggestion for better space utilisations.”
