Foremost, the staff at TGV Taiping is excellent and by far the best compared to other cinemas I have been in West Malaysia.. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.. Went on 18 Feb 2022.. When we 1st entered the area, it look rather barren.. Not much customers probably due to covid.. The waiting area, toilet and halls were all clean.. The staff at the candy bar was especially helpful and knowledgeable, guided me in my purchase as well as answered all my inquiry including purchases via food panda app.. The doors to the auditorium snaps back.. My brother dropped his drink when the door shut back on him.. After the movie we requested for a plastic bag from the ticket taker staff.. Politely he told us to wait..then went to the candy bar to get them for us.. Most places just direct us to collect ourselves.. overall enjoyed the movie and had a pleasant experience.. This is probably my preferred cinema at the moment..

“The best cinema complex in Taiping. Spacious and comfortable lobby. Very clean washroom. Friendly and welcoming staff. I watch Didi & Friends at Friday morning, aircond in hall 6 was not cool.”

“My first time visiting TGV CINEMAS.. You can order from online. If you want a better experience walk in to order tickets.... Own ordering with touch screens. If you don't have cards to swipe don't worry you can insert the money below the screen to pay. The price is slightly higher. But 💯 worth it. They even have a lounge with comfortable sofas and a few screens to watch the trailers. We can order the popcorn and beverages on the screen or online and collect them from the COLLECTING AREA beside the lounge. They welcome us everywhere even in the beverage collecting area.... They can focus on the washroom though... It's a bit uncleaned and you need to walk a loooonggggg pathway to pee/poop.. It felt like 1KM for me!! The theatre looks so perfect, the leg space is so wide and comfortable. But the chairs are uncomfortable for me.. BUT WORTH FOR MONEY!”
