“I really love this Cinema, especially this branch. Been coming to this branch since it open till now and it is always my no.1 choice even thought the parking can be a bit expensive. But the service and comfy make it super worth it. All halls are always clean and cold. Even the deluxe hall chair is super comfy. On top of that, all the staff there are super friendly and professional. I always feel comfortable interacting with them and watching movie here. Once I left my jacket but only remember when I reach home. Went back the next day and I got it back! Love the fact that they check to make sure I indeed have a movie ticket of the says time and I am able to describe the item before handling back to me so it wont be wrongly pass to someone else. Highly recomended and hope it stays this way for a long time 🫶.”

“Best cinema theater in recent years (2025). Worth the money. Their well-arranged waiting areas (lower floor and upper floor) and clean washrooms. Final and most important is the cinema hall, sound quality, and their seats. What a cinema hall this was. Even the normal small hall's seats and sound system were good. Every hall in this theater's sound system is the best in town. Their seats are so soft and comfortable. Again, this theater is worth our money. Everyone should try this theater at least a minimum of 5 times. Thank you TGV and Pavilion Bukit Jalil for giving me this experience.”

“Incredibly great value for the Indulge experience - lounge access with welcome drinks, popcorn and massage chairs , a meal and drink served at your seat after your movie starts (or I’m guessing at the lounge if you happen to get there super early), comfy reclining seats and a comforter. Also appreciate the added novelty of the printed tickets placed inside an envelope. Attentive and courteous service by crew members.”

“Its so big and pretty!! They have plenty of seats outside of the theatre for you to wait. The seats are comfortable and the whole cinema smells nice.”
