Overview

The Animalia is a compact zoo offering close-range animal encounters guided by staff who know their animals well. The setting - under residential flats in a quiet area - creates an intimate rather than commercial feel. Facilities are basic and the space is compact with noticeable odours. Operating hours are inconsistent; the venue sometimes does not open without prior contact.
