The Parenthood - Central i-City
📍 I-city, Selangor
Affordable indoor play centre at Central i-City with trampolines, a large ball pit, and a fast giant slide for ages 2-12. Multiple re-entry allowed. Space is compact — weekday visits are less crowded.
It was 18/2/2023 where we stepped our feet into this outlet due to opening promotion. However, it wasn't luck to be among the earliest guests to entitle for the promotion price. I was okay with it as throughout the day, we were served with food + drinks. In addition, my son was lucky as he was able to bring home a Spiderman balloon from the clowns (yup, it was limited + the long queue was worth it). Similar to other parenthood outlets, we were allowed for multiple entries. The site was bigger compared to Sunway Putra Mall outlet. My son had fun trying all the slides. In my opinion, the main attraction was the ball pit fall (the hole would be opened once it has reached a number of ball pits before letting them go). Fast forward to 2025, I am unsure of the current condition. Hoping the outlet is well maintained + its apparatus are kept hygiene.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Families with children aged 2-12 wanting affordable indoor play in the i-City area will find this a functional and accessible option, especially on weekdays. The multiple re-entry policy suits families who want to pace the visit around meals.

“1st review on the opening day Child 2-12 Ticket rm39 weekend, 1 free adult with 1 child.multiple entry which is good. U can go eat and shopping praying in between. Socks rm 7/pair Area is not too big Nice big ball pit The biggest slide is very fast and good. Overall is a Good place for your child to sweat in the aircond. Lost 1 star because i think the socks is too pricey. Bring your own socks or buy in other store. Come on weekdays for cheaper price rm19.50”

“Price is very cheap RM 19 booking via klook app with free drink and snacks for weekdays. Place is pretty fun and usually the things are well maintained. However, yhis place I think requires more cleaning. I am not sure whether it is cleaned daily or not but sometimes it kinda smells bad from the sweat and grime.”

“For me, Central I city parenthood is not as good as other branches. The place is a little bit cramped. It's got the usual signature attraction such as the Ball pit screen game, the giant slide and the jungle gym. However, I found that my kids get bored quickly. Maybe there was not enough space to run around. Things could get stuffy if there's an event. It shares the same common area and it could be uneasy experienced. Good thing is, the staff will give some heads up to you should there be any event before you enter. On the good side, the fees are slightly lower than other branches probably because of the area size. The staff are friendly and give you good service too. there's light snack available too with reasonable price.”

Overview
The Parenthood Central i-City delivers trampolines, a signature ball pit with a motion-screen game, and a fast giant slide in an indoor mall setting. Multiple re-entry is permitted, so families can break for meals and return. Weekday sessions are quieter and cheaper than weekends. The space is compact compared to other Parenthood branches — high-attendance periods feel cramped. Socks are required; they are sold at the entrance.
