Small, clean mini zoo in Baling where kids feed tame baby deer, rabbits, foxes, goats, and a Bengal cat. Very little shade — afternoon sun is intense. In-house photographer available on-site.

I went there on sunday school holiday around 5pm and it was not that packed. Adults fee is RM18 but during that school holiday there was promotion so RM15. You can buy food bucket to feed animals - RM7. Was excited to see non local animals. The animals look okay and seems well fed and maintained. Kids can go in the rabbit place to play around and feed. There are plenty of seats along the way. Mind you if you go during noon it will be very hot since there is no shading. Toilets are available and are clean too. Inflatable playground was there for kids to play around and you can buy ice cream or drinks. Overall, a nice place to bring kids (and adults) to see animals.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with young children who want close animal contact in a manageable, clean setting. Toddlers handle the scale well. Older children may want more species variety. Visit after late afternoon to dodge the heat — there is almost no shade across the grounds.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Arrive after late afternoon to avoid the worst of the heat — shade is very sparse
Buy an animal feed bucket at the entrance — kids get hands-on time with deer, goats, and rabbits
🎟️School holiday promotions reduce adult admission — check their page before visiting
🚗The in-house photographer offers family photos — quality reviewed positively by visitors

A lot of animals. Get interactive with bunnies, birds, a Bengal cat, a handsome goat, a cute fox and many more... It is worth the experience. My daughter loves it and definitely will come again next time.

Overview

The Wanz Animal Park keeps animals visibly well-fed and calm — baby deer are notably tame, and the Bengal cat and fox draw particular attention. An animal feed bucket lets children get hands-on time with multiple species. Grounds are clean and staff accompany younger visitors. An inflatable playground and refreshment stall round out the visit. Go late in the day to avoid peak heat.
