The lanes are well maintained but the staff need some improvements trying to be more friendly and helpful. Whether you’re here for a casual game or a competitive night out, it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun time with friends or family!””

“Great bowling alley in Berjaya Times square, not busy on our weekday visit. Cost per person per game was RM11.50 and RM4 shoe hire, staff were helpful and friendly. Our lane had a slight problem during the 2 hours we played, where the bowl did not return correctly. This was fixed promptly by one of the staff and did not affect our fun and games. Better still when we left the rain had stopped - bonus!”

“My first time here with the family over the Christmas holidays. Played 4 games with the kids. Had a great time here. I went during the weekday and was not crowded and easily accessible via light rail. Clean and well maintained. Recommended place for the family to spend time with.”

“Lane 23. Was here with my wife for 2 games at around 5:30pm on a Thursday. Customer service was good. The lane was in good condition in my opinion, the balls were quite worn. Unfortunately one pin flew into the gutter and was stuck on 2 occasions. The attendant did come to help, but after it happened again a 3rd time when we had only 2 turns left, we couldn't be bothered to call again. There was definitely something faulty in that lane as numerous occasions one pin would fall and just lay there whilst the others were standing after a reset.”
