“This is an excellent experience, particularly when bringing children. The children are having fun, and the place is suitable for toddlers as well. Great equipment is provided, and the staff are very friendly. The price was fair, and it becomes even more affordable with membership. Overall, I'm satisfied. However, it is quite cold, so I recommend wearing double socks and gloves.”

“1. Not sure if I got my hope far too high but the place is rather small. 2. Can't really compare to actual snow 3. Its quite annoying to have to wear the latex glove on top of the cloth ones. 4. Personal opinion, not sure if its worth the cost 5. But, look at the kids smiling. How could I say no? 6. Just manage your expectations. Its for the kids. Not ourselves”

“Awesome experience! Kids are enjoy. Strongly not advisible elderly to go in due to slippery ice. Instruction: Please use [tyre] for the slide. Avoid walk on slide, there is very high chance you will fall down!! Beware of slippery slide and landscape, you will have chance to fall down!! If you have kid, elderly or someone with fragile bones accidentally fall down and unfortunate injure the body parts especially backspine & head, you will have unpleasant experience and long term side effect there after.”
