“A Magical Stay at Bertam Resort – Beyond Expectations! Our stay at Bertam Resort was truly beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning Moroccan-inspired décor — both in the hotel and our room. The ambiance was warm, exotic, and beautifully curated. The swimming pool was impressively large, perfect for both relaxation and fun. The playroom was equally delightful, keeping everyone entertained with its engaging setup. At night, the resort transformed into a glowing oasis, with lights illuminating the building and pool area, creating a magical atmosphere. One of the highlights was our room, which featured a private bathtub and a smart mirror that could be closed automatically — such a luxurious touch! Before checking out, we couldn’t resist snapping photos with the gorgeous decorations outside our room. Another great advantage is that the hotel is conveniently located near Bertam Water Park, making it an ideal spot for families and travelers looking for both relaxation and adventure. “Beautiful Moroccan-themed resort with so many nice photo spots! Our room was clean and comfy, and the food was excellent. The staff were very helpful, making our family getaway truly enjoyable. The pool is very huge and the water park is also next to the hotel. Highly recommended for a stay with a small family. Since our family stayed during the school holidays, it was no wonder there were so many people. So, the parking lot in front of the hotel filled up quickly, and it's to be expected if you have to park in other areas a bit farther from the main lobby. It would be great if the hotel could provide more buggy services or more frequently, or expand the parking area in front of the hotel itself. Another thing, the hotel is also advised to upgrade its internet and in-room entertainment solutions for better guest experiences.”

“I had a wonderful stay at Bertam Resort & Water Park. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a beautiful Moroccan inspired design with lots of nice OOTD spots. Overall, it was a pleasant and lovely experience, beautiful design, comfortable rooms. During our short stay, I got few photoshoot for my personal and of course I'm not satisfy because not much time for me to photoshoot every angle and nice spot. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. Eventhough I got frustated because can't fly high.in their hot balloon Overall, it was a delightful family getaway with comfortable accommodation and outstanding service. We would not hesitate to return. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable getaway, I’d definitely love to come back again!”

“It was a good stay. We’ve booked the room with balcony. Such nice view, spacious room. I didn’t took pictures of the room but you will get the idea. During weekends, have live band. Kinda chill to drink and listen to the performance at the lobby accompanied by the breeze at night. The room quite soundproof so you won’t heard any loud noise of performance, or people chitchatting unless they totally shouting. In the morning we had our breakfast. Varieties of food. Large space for you to enjoy your meals. I prefer their ayam rempah with rice and their soto. 10/10 would come again.”
