Chocolate Museum Malaysia
📍 Kota Damansara, Selangor
Two-section chocolate museum in Kota Damansara covering cacao history and production. Museum 1 is free; Museum 2 requires paid admission. International chocolates sold at special prices on-site. Air-conditioned throughout.
Great place to spend time with family especially with kids & teens during the weekend or school holiday. Informative and free entrance for museum 1 but too bad they dont have a cafe that serves their own chocolate based products, would have been nicer if there’s one.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with chocolate-enthusiastic primary-school-age children and teens who enjoy short, focused educational experiences. The free first section lets you assess interest before committing to the paid section. Pairs well with other Kota Damansara stops given the quick visit time.

“It's a small museum, probably just need 20mins to finish the whole tour with a really small entrance fee. Many brands of choc available here. Worth a visit if you really like choc. Take a look in the photo, there's only 4 sessions of choc making demo.”

Overview
Chocolate Museum Malaysia splits into two connected sections: Museum 1 covers chocolate history and ancient uses at no charge, as Museum 2 includes production displays and requires a paid ticket. The full tour completes in around 20 minutes. Live chocolate-making demonstrations run in four scheduled sessions. A retail section stocks international chocolate brands at competitive prices. No on-site cafe — visitors wanting chocolate drinks or desserts need to head elsewhere after the visit.
