TGV Encorp Strand Mall

“Opted for an adhoc morning movie date with my son. After several surveys to all cinemas nearby, I decided to go here as: 1) Cheapest price - Paid RM 19 for an adult + a kid. - In addition, the screening timing was nice - not too early + not towards noon. Gave us ample time to be ready. 2) Encorp Strand Mall is a 'quiet' mall. Suitable for introverts like me - Went there during publi holiday + was so surprised that most of the shop lots were closed! 🫨 3) Self-service kiosks - Similar to other outlets, it offered self-service kiosks + to my relief, the 11.45 am movie screening was still available despite we arrived late. Rezeki my son. Hall 6, where the movie was played + also a deluxe hall, was considered okay but it could be cramped if so many moviegoers inside it 😖 Due to this, the hall wasn't so chilly despite it occupied less than half of total seats. To add, this outlet is sharing the same entrance + exit pathway.”

“Deserves more than 5 star. My favorite cinema not because it's nearby, but because of the the very friendly very good customer service staff. (the staff attended my order was very good, I wanted to buy only popcorn because my wife ordered set with drinks so planning to share with her, he offered me option for ala carte popcorn to choose the take away packaging because quantity is more than bucket and can take away conveniently if cannot finish. As customer I'm amazed with his customer service because I wanted the best option and he provided excellently)”
