Good enough with the price. The sound is not too loud but clear. The light is nicely dimmed, same like the other Play halls. The hall is clean and smells neutral (better if you can put some light perfume). The staff are friendly too. Overall, it's ok. Keep up with the good work guys 👍🏼

“This is located at the old wing(west) . I was caught off guard and went to the GSC East wing instead. Glad that I was early and clarified with the staff. Manages to go to the right outlet. They are located on the other end. Well done to the helpful staff onduty.”

“All f&b order and tickets purchased using kiosk. I expected smooth and lesser waiting. In fact, i need to wait 15min just for one damn meatball. When i go to counter he simply saying to wait another 4mins and there are still time left before the movie start. Hello? I paid for the ticket and service. So i get to decide how long should i wait before the movie time.”
