The staff at Hangout Community are some of the friendliest and most welcoming people! My experience was a very positive one, with lots of fun routes that come with setting that rewards proper technique and body positioning. Do give them a visit, they really take the time to on-board new climbers and let them have both the toprope and bouldering experience. There are also several challenging routes for more experienced climbers to try out! Overall, love the community here and will definitely be back when we visit Penang again!!

“Had a really great session at this bouldering gym! The place is clean, well-maintained, and the setting is fun and challenging for different levels. The people here are super friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Prices are very reasonable too, especially considering the quality of the facilities. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try bouldering or is looking for a good gym to train at!”

“Kids friendly route. A great experience for my 4 year old and 6 year old sons… Pretty lady owner is very encouraging and helpful for my kids’ first climbing experience. 10/10 would recommend to bring your child here. Good safety precautions , not too crowded on a weekday.”
