Mission-Q One Utama (Real Physical Escape Room)
📍 Bandar Utama, Selangor
Immersive escape rooms at One Utama with multi-area layouts spanning five zones. Game masters provide well-timed hints without spoiling solutions. Recommended for families with children aged 9 and above.
We had a fantastic family outing at Mission-Q in 1 Utama, playing 'The Last Kingdom'. It was the perfect choice for our family with two kids, ages 9 and 11. We were immediately impressed by the sheer size of the game, which spanned five different areas and kept things exciting. The puzzles were at a moderate difficulty, which was ideal. They were challenging enough to be engaging for the adults, but not so tough that the kids felt left out. It was wonderful to see them actively participating, thinking through clues, and helping to solve the puzzles. A huge thank you to the friendly and welcoming crew. We have to give a special mention to Yi****, who was incredibly helpful and made our experience even better. Overall, it was a brilliant bonding activity. We all had a blast and highly recommend it for other families!
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children aged 9 and above who enjoy collaborative puzzle-solving across large, multi-room formats. The five-area layout gives each family member space to contribute at their own pace. Game masters actively support without spoiling — families who've never done an escape room are welcomed and guided confidently.

“Had an amazing time at Mission Q playing the Temple of Immortality room! The puzzles were really well designed — challenging but still very fun and satisfying to solve. The theme and atmosphere of the room were immersive and made the whole experience feel like an adventure. A special shoutout to our game master Rain Qian Lyn who was fantastic throughout the session. She explained everything clearly, gave us just the right amount of hints when we needed them, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this room if you like creative puzzles and a good challenge. Will definitely come back to try the other rooms!”

Overview
Mission-Q at One Utama runs multi-area escape rooms including The Last Kingdom and Temple of Immortality, each spanning five interconnected zones. Puzzles are calibrated for mixed-age groups — a 9 and 11 year old completed The Last Kingdom alongside their parents without getting stuck. Game masters Jokie and Lok Yee are praised for clear briefings and calibrated hints. Comfortable shoes recommended given the room size.
