PSC@Heritage (Penang Science Cluster)
π Georgetown, Penang
Interactive science museum in George Town with VR headsets, robotics exhibits, and a woodworking section. Sponsored by tech companies, with holiday and weekend programs for school-age children.
Such a great learning experience. You can also discover a lot of new technologies in here (and try them out!) We tried the oculus rift S with guidance from them and loved it! Interactive learning by seeing and touching. Would recommend to everyone. Their woodworking section at the back looks nice & organized!
π Family Action Verdict
Best for school-age children with a genuine interest in science and technology. The hands-on format means curious kids stay engaged across the whole visit. Toddlers and younger children will find less to hold their attention. Seasonal programs add value for repeat visitors.

βGood place for kids and young adults to learn more about STEM! They have really cool exhibits including an aeroplane in their space. PSC sometimes offer workshops for both children and adults.β

Overview
PSC Heritage runs tech company-sponsored exhibits where kids try Oculus VR headsets with staff guidance, explore robotics, and discover an airplane display. Woodworking sessions and seasonal workshops run alongside permanent exhibits. School-age children engage most deeply β content rewards curiosity rather than passive looking. Staff are present and guide hands-on experiences throughout.
