1 / 3Roller Light (Indoor Roller Skating Rink)
π Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur
Roller Light is a large indoor rink with rental skates, skating aids for beginners, mirror photo spots, and a BYOB food policy. Student discounts apply on weekdays. Located in Wangsa Maju.
Had my kidsβ birthday at Roller Light today and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. From the outside, you wouldnβt expect it to be so spacious, but inside itβs huge and very comfortable. Plenty of seating for parents, and the kids were entertained the whole time with skating and playing. The guest altogether close to 90 people! I was a bit worried at first if the space could handle all the guests, but it turned out perfect. The vibe was fun and lively. Staff were super friendly and easy to talk toβreally helped make the event smooth. Big plus: you can bring your own food and they donβt charge you extra for it. That saved a lot of hassle and cost!! Itβs also really close to the loading bay, so bringing stuff up and down was easy. The place is clean, the setup is simple, and the overall experience was just nice. Highly recommend this spot if your kid is 7 and up. If younger, you can add the aid for skating for just RM15 more. Definitely a great venue for active kids. Iβm 100% happy with how everything turned out.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for active families with children aged 6 and up, and for birthday groups wanting a spacious, BYOB-friendly venue. First-time skaters benefit from available skating aids and on-site coaching. Families should bring their own socks or consider personal skates given rental hygiene complaints from some reviewers.

βWent here on weekdays and it was great! Price for student is RM25 for 2 hours. Normal price is RM35 for 2 hours. The rink is okay. There's a instagram / tiktok spot where you take pics / vids with mirrors. There's 4 big mirros so dont have to gaduh2. There's also like "tongkat" sort of helper things to help you get used to roller skating but you need to rent it. There's also a locker for you. Need to pay deposit for RM10 and if you return the key, you'll get your RM10 back Overall experience is good. Definitely gonna repeat againβ

βBring my son to have the first experience on roller skate, and luckily meet the shop owner to give free coaching for my son. After 1 hour of practicing, my son able to start skating without skating aid, and he is enjoy the whole session.β
