I LOVE Jumping here as it's such a FUN EXERCISE! I don't like gyms but this is like CLUBBING with the LIGHTS & MUSIC! I sweat a lot & Google says it burns 1000 calories in 1 hour 3X MORE than jogging ❤️ I LOVE the low impact cos I'm female & want to protect my uterus from dropping ❤️ I also LOVE that it can PROTECT my CARTILAGE & JOINTS so I won't have pain as I get older ❤️ I LOVE that they have Nutrition Program & FREE Coaching to help me INCREASE Muscle & DECREASE FAT too but it's OPTIONAL but SO MUCH FASTER to TONE UP as I saw a really slim girl UP her MUSCLE & DROP HALF a kg in few days! ❤️

I absolutely love S Jumping! Their Jumping Class and Xcore class are fantastic and have quickly become my favorites. The environment is welcoming and energetic, making every workout session enjoyable. The lady business owner, Sun Sun, provides excellent services and takes the time to inform me about my health situation, which I really appreciate. Highly recommended!
