Sim Golf

“I was quite worried when i first book a class via 1fit app. I used to learnt golf looooooooong time ago and never play any golf until today. But lucky me, the staff Aiman is so helpful, kind, friendly & knowledgeable He did help me walk through a refresh from how to hold the clubs ->….-> how to make a good swing. If he is around, he would give me some reminder : (& here’s my takeaway notes: 1. club face parallel 2. fingers pointing the toe 3. left hand always in front of the ball 4. arm straight, but hands on natural position 5. the leg position: ball is in the middle+ distance btw me & the ball 6. 60-40 of body weight on which leg 7. ALWAYS LOOK AT THE BALL 8. body posture P0-P10 (and the chicken wing) 9. Is there anything i missed out??? 10. oh ya, last but not least: the mantra “I CAN HIT THE BALL” Location： located in 1MK mall. Count as public transport friendly, you may reach by bus T852 and its walk-able from Desa Sri Hartamas （T818） Equipment: There are “recordings” on your posture, you may replay it to make improvements.
