“Great family bonding experience! We got cheaper tickets via 'Bajet2cuti' (RM59 adult / RM49 kids), just had to present the QR code from the agent's email to the counter staff, who scanned it and handled the printing for us. First time at iCity, so much to explore. Went on a public holiday but queued early at 3:30pm opening, so lines were manageable. Yes, some areas look a bit worn, but as fellow tropical residents, this is a good enough escape. The snow and activities made for the best moments with the kids.”

“Quite fun, but can be improved especially the safety and services standard, can be upgraded into world class standard and attract more visitors. My kid got hurt while playing the slides.. meaning the safety of the facilities needed to be inspect again.”
