âJust explored this mall after checking into the apartments located right above the mall.... it's just like the usual malls that I have visited before such as Setapak Central and more and this equipped with various food outlets and more....and just like usual, I went there for Christmas decorations.....â

âThe latest shopping mall at Penang Island, nearby to Air Itam district. This mall is located at Farlim..jalan Thean Teik...easy parking.. got many shop...â

âOverall, I was quite impressed with the size of the mall, especially considering its location in the Air Itam area. Most of the shops feature local brands, but Sunshine grocery is significantly larger compared to its other outlets. That said, the parking layout is rather confusing, and it takes quite a few turns to exit.â
