A newer mall in Penang's Air Itam area anchored by a large Sunshine hypermarket with competitive grocery pricing. Kids' playground and pickleball courts on-site. Many shop units remains vacant. Parking is plentiful and the exit layout is confusing.
Just explored this mall after checking into the apartments located right above the mall.... it's just like the usual malls that I have visited before such as Setapak Central and more and this equipped with various food outlets and more....and just like usual, I went there for Christmas decorations.....

Best for families in the Air Itam area who need grocery shopping and want to add a playground stop for young children. The uncrowded mall environment is relaxed for families with prams and toddlers.

“Convenient to shop groceries . Nice and upper class Reno inside the sunshine groceries hypermarket . More variety of items to shop compared to sunshine square Bayan Baru. Feel like upper class grocery store but with affordable reasonable competitive price. Lots of Parking facilities . Parking is RM1/first 2 hour basement . Walking distance less than 1min to sunshine grocerystore from parking area. Many outlets still empty and are waiting for rental. Got CTY aquarium and pet store, Mr DIY , Machine, Mixue , Ngee Hiang outlet , 伍记饼家 ，US pizza, Sawara, Casio etc .”

“Overall, I was quite impressed with the size of the mall, especially considering its location in the Air Itam area. Most of the shops feature local brands, but Sunshine grocery is significantly larger compared to its other outlets. That said, the parking layout is rather confusing, and it takes quite a few turns to exit.”

Parking is plentiful, and navigating the exit takes time to learn on a first visit.
