Sunway Pyramid Bowling
📍 Bandar Sunway, Selangor
One of Malaysia's largest bowling alleys with 48 lanes, bumper options for young children, and well-maintained balls and shoes. Tournament venue that handles weekend crowds with queuing systems.
One of the places is in Mega Lanes in Sunway Pyramid with a total of 48 lanes. Most of the people that play there are students and adults. A lot of bowling tournaments are held here and it provides chairs and store for guests to see professional players playing against each other in a match. There are also many bowling competitions held in this bowling ring. If you are interested in watching one, you should keep up to date with their schedules. Here is the counter for booking the bowling lane. The price for Malaysian students on weekdays from 10.00 am to 5 pm is only RM 4.50. But the normal price is RM 14.00 excluding the shoe rental and socks which is RM 3.00 each. If you bring socks you don’t need to buy it anymore. Inside, they have a small cafe to buy snacks in case you are hungry or thirsty after the game. So you can have you tummy full and bowling at the same time. The bowling ball itself have a lot of sizes to choose depends on the weight you are comfortable with. The place is nice and spacious with lanes that look clean and tidy. Overall, this the best places for bowling tournament that i'd comed and enjoy with the environment here.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with school-age children who want a large, clean bowling experience inside a major mall. Bumper lanes suit younger kids. Weekday sessions are quieter and easier to walk into without a wait. Families wanting a quick spontaneous game on weekends should expect a waitlist.

“Looking for a fun and well-maintained bowling alley with friends or family? Look no further than this place. The facility is impressively clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Families with young children will appreciate the kid's lane, which features bumpers that help keep the ball on track and make the game more accessible for the little ones. The alley is spacious enough that you won't feel cramped, even during busy times. Furthermore, it's inside the Pyramid Mall, easier parking and continue shopping/ meal after that.”

“We visited on a Saturday, and it was full house, but the management handled the queue well. Overall, everything was good. The shoes and bowling balls were well maintained, with no visible wear or unpleasant smell.”

Overview
Sunway Pyramid Bowling runs 48 lanes across a spacious hall inside the Sunway Pyramid mall. Bumper lanes accommodate younger children, and equipment is consistently clean and odour-free. Weekend demand is high — management uses a waitlist system that reviewers say works reasonably well. Counter staff quality varies by shift, with some reports of slow or dismissive service. Combine with the surrounding mall for a full day out.
