“Experienced the best service here. Due to the heavy traffic and flooding, we couldn’t make it on time even though we had already booked our tickets. But the biggest thanks goes to En. Shahril, who patiently helped and guided us throughout the entire process. Instead of repurchasing the tickets, we were upgraded to Indulge, which was the most amazing experience ever. Please give him double, triple bonus this time hahaha. We truly appreciate your hard work and kindness. May all the kindness you show return to you always.”
