Taman Rimba Kiara
đ Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur
A nature park in TTDI offering paved walkways and five marked jungle trails through lush urban forest. A lotus pond and birdwatching groups are regular features. Near TTDI MRT station.
Great place for a morning walk. The paved walkway is very comfortable while the 5 jungle trails are well marked and great for a jungle trail. Photos were taken along the trail and at the nearby park.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families who want a green nature walk without leaving the city. Morning visits bring out the full community atmosphere â families, joggers, and birdwatchers share the trails. Children who can handle moderate walking distances will enjoy the jungle trail sections.

âThis garden is located in the middle of the high rise apartments and condos. The garden is nice and surrounded by lots of greeneries and trees. Occasionally there are group of enthusiasts spend morning time to watch birds. There is a big pond in the garden that has white lotus. However, sometimes the garden looks eerie if there is no people around. Not safe for woman to walk there alone.â

Taman Rimba Kiara sits surrounded by high-rise apartments in TTDI and delivers a genuine urban jungle experience with both paved walkways and five marked jungle trails at varying difficulty levels. A large lotus pond anchors the centre of the park. Birdwatching groups gather regularly in the mornings. The park draws strong morning crowds of joggers and families, creating a communal atmosphere during peak hours. The Sungai Penchala runs alongside the park boundary and is not accessible.
