βThe food, popcorn, and drinks are still on the pricey side. However, the staff were very welcoming and friendly - great customer service! Recommendations: 1. Please consider adding an inclined seating arrangement for the front five rows. Watching the screen from the front currently causes neck pain; this improvement would greatly enhance viewing comfort. 2. Please review the sound system for better balance and clarity, as the current tuning feels slightly uneven in some scenes.β

βTGV Bukit Mertajam is the only TGV cinema in mainland Penang, and itβs a pretty good one. The halls are clean, the seats are comfortable, and the sound system is solid. The screen quality is clear, making it nice to enjoy movies here. Staff are okay and ticketing is easy, especially if use the app. Since itβs inside the mall, very convenient to makan or lepak before and after the movie. Overall, one of the best spots for cinema in the area.β
