An affordable independent cinema in Seksyen 16 with good projection quality, clear sound, and direct parking access. Service consistency and air conditioning reliability vary.

✓ Clear projection✓ Good sound system✓ Ample parking✓ Unreliable air conditioning

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Suited to families who prioritise affordable ticketing and good picture quality over premium service. The technical fundamentals - projection and sound - are genuinely good. Plan for potential service friction: counter queues at peak times, variable air conditioning, and sparse customer support responsiveness.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Arrive early at peak times - staffing at ticket counters can be thin and queues build

⏰Bring a light layer as air conditioning temperature is inconsistent across halls

🎟️Book online if the app is working - counter queues can be avoided entirely

Overview

TSR Cinemax delivers solid technical performance - reviewers specifically praise the clear projection and good sound system. Ample parking is directly available. Staffing levels are inconsistent at busy periods, causing ticket counter queue build-ups. Air conditioning has been reported as unreliable across some halls. In one documented case, a session was cancelled mid-booking due to low attendance without prior customer notification.
