“This floor is under renovation. Can only access this area from the Level 2 escalator. Level R is closed for major renovation. Overall experience is ok. 🔹The place is clean & smells fresh. 🔹The balls & shoes are in good condition. 🔹The lanes are well oiled. 🔹The scoreboards are clear enough, but really need to be upgraded with a new system. It's a bit outdated. 🔹The pin sometimes were not properly set. It's ok if just for leisure. The staff are doing their job well as the events held here seem smooth in general. Will come here again once everything is back to normal (renovation done).”
