“TGV Ampang Point is a newly opened cinema and so far the experience has been very positive. The halls are clean and comfortable, with good seating and sound quality. Families especially appreciate the Juniors Cinema, which is designed with kids in mind and even includes facilities like a diaper changing room. Staff are responsive and helpful — many visitors mentioned how quickly they assist with issues like spilled drinks or adjusting sound levels. Overall, it’s a great addition to Ampang Point Mall, offering a modern and family-friendly movie experience.”

“My friend and I went for a movie and we accidentally spilled our drink, and there's this TGV staff guy immediately stepped in to help. Without any hesitation, he replaced it with a new one, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. He was very professional and approachable — I remember he was wearing spectacles, which made him easy to recognize. His excellent service really made our movie experience much better. “Movie fee in Malaysia is cheap. 11RM for non member adult. Huge drink and popcorn is 21RM… inside theater is not that cold as some said. Not so many people and you can have good size of chair. Very comfortable to enjoy watching movie”

“Visited TGV Ampang Point Juniors Cinema with my wife and our 1-year-old to watch Lilo & Stitch. The cinema itself was okay — clean, comfortable, and designed with families in mind. We really appreciated the diaper changing room inside the Juniors hall and the overall easy access within the cinema area. However, getting there was a bit of a hassle. The mall’s main lift and escalator weren’t working, so we had to use the cargo lift. Unfortunately, it’s the same lift used by restaurants to dispose of their waste, which made the experience quite unpleasant, especially with a baby. The cinema is great for kids, but the mall infrastructure really needs improvement.”
