Chin Woo Stadium
π City Centre, Kuala Lumpur
A well-filtered 50m outdoor pool in central KL with views toward Merdeka 118. Depth ranges from 4 to 10 feet. Operates in three fixed daily sessions. Two lifeguards on duty. Changing rooms are basic.
clean pool but a bit to warm; 50 meter lanes are divided into 25 m lanes. 4 RM entrance fee for non malaysianrestrooms were clean. opening hours weekdays start at 2pm; weekends at 09am - be aware of that. tickets can be bought next to restaurant before you go down to the pool. nice view to 118. everyone was friendly and helpful. there are some litte makas next to pool. would go there again. it was a bit tricky to find by foot starting in chinatown
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children who swim confidently and independently β the 10-foot deep end and session-based access suit older kids and teens rather than beginners. The city views are a genuine bonus. Plan around the fixed session schedule and arrive at the start of a session to maximise swim time. Bring your own toiletries.

βNo complaints. Some reviews said the staff were not friendly but I didn't feel anything like that (also the interaction was so limited. You won't interact much with them anyway) Good place to swim with a view.β

βOperating Hours: Please note that the pool operates in three separate sessions: β’ Morning: 9:00 AM β 12:00 PM β’ Afternoon: 1:00 PM β 4:00 PM β’ Evening: 5:00 PM β 8:00 PM Make sure to plan your visit accordingly, as the pool is closed between these sessions. Facilities: β’ Menβs Changing Room: The area was clean but not well-maintained, there was a noticeable smell that could be improved. β’ Swimming Pool: Iβd rate the pool around 3.5 out of 5. While the water was generally clear, there were small particles visible, which slightly affected the overall experience. Overall, itβs a decent place for a swim, especially if you're looking for a convenient public option. Just be mindful of the session times and bring your own toiletries if you're sensitive to smells.β

βThe outdoor pool is crystal clear and filtered well. I enjoyed doing laps in my paid 3 hour time limit. Unfortunately the changing rooms do not have places to sit down to change into your suit. Lots of showers, toilets and urinals with the strong smell of urine present. Lockers are available for an extra fee.β

The 50m pool is divided into 25m lanes during sessions. Two lifeguards are on duty. Depth starts at 4 feet and reaches 10 feet β non-swimmers and very young children should not enter unsupervised.
