“Visited the Cocomelon play area at The Curve and overall had a pleasant experience. The place still looks new, clean and well-maintained, which is great for kids and parents. However, there are several things that really need improvement. The entrance/exit door should be monitored or fixed, because at the moment anyone can enter or leave easily if no staff is watching. This is a safety concern, especially for younger children. I also hope the management can be stricter in ensuring that only healthy children enter the play area. During our visit, there were three kids who looked like they were in secondary school coughing and sneezing non-stop, which made the environment uncomfortable for others. The sandpit also needs a top-up. The sand is too little, and kids can feel the hard base when stepping or sitting, which makes it less fun and quite uncomfortable. Another concern is the seating area meant for birthday celebrations. It really needs a proper cleaning. I saw a few cockroaches wandering on the floor and even on the tables, which is quite worrying for a children’s space. Lastly, there is no toilet inside the play area, so you’ll need to use the mall toilet nearby. thankfully it’s only a short walk away. note to parents, kindly monitor your children especially the big ones to avoid harming the little ones Overall, the place has great potential, and with better maintenance and stricter hygiene and safety practices, it could offer a much better and safer experience for families.”
