“nice cinema halls. seats are big enough and comfortable. legroom is very spacious. aircon strong enough. staff are friendly. touchscreen ticketing kiosk easy to navigate and buy tickets. good place to watch movies and spend some time away from the hot sun outside.”

“One of the oldest GSC in Ipoh, located in Ipoh Parade Mall. After some renovation few years back, it's nicer and it's so far reasonably maintained. Please keep it up. It's on the top floor, at the food court end. Can go up thru a few escalaters or can go up using the lift.”

“Thanks to staff at the ticketing area Syadiq and Zul very helpful to my mother and I last time we visit. But that's about all the positive I can give. The front area is often quite hot I'm not sure why they turn off the AC. It's not very OKU friendly my mother was wheelchair bound and two staff had to assist her using the escalator. Ticket machine are very inconvenient I prefer just buying it from a person at a counter. Prices for food and drinks are ridiculous and although Halls are clean they tend to be either hot or too cold and very poorly maintained. Also some of the staff seemed unhappy to work and it's my opinion that this is more of a management issue not the staff. 3 stars is all I can give.”
