“Went with my brother for late night movie and already booked online for food. But i still need to queue with customer who havent order anything. So, it takes time for me to get my food. And wasted 15mins of movie time. If its late night. I think they should prepare beforehands for people who already pre-order online. I came and expected fast service. But slow below my expactations.”

“This branch of Golden Screen Cinemas at Quill City mall is reasonably big. Unfortunately the waiting area for the patrons has no chairs or seats. The food and beverage section is run with skeletal staff. There is no separate counter for those who purchased their food and beverages online. One has to still join the queue onsite purchase . Otherwise the place is clean and smells fresh.”
