“We were just roaming around Berjaya Times Square when we came across this VR game room. The time provided was adequate, and the VR quality and games were really good. We’ll definitely come back with a bigger group.”

“Kids enjoy it very much. We are here on Dec 23 (Tuesday), which should be weekdays rate, but being told holiday rate for whole December month.”

“I recently visited Hologate VR at Berjaya Times Square. The games and facilities themselves were great - very fun and well-maintained. However, my experience was completely ruined by one of the staff members. He was unfriendly, unresponsive, and quite rude throughout my visit. What’s worse, he even touched me (a muslim woman), which is completely unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable. I truly hope the management takes this matter seriously and provides proper staff training on professionalism and respecting customer boundaries. It’s unfortunate that such good facilities are let down by poor service from certain staff.”
