Watched a movie here recently and had a great experience. The IMAX hall is really good, with a big screen and clear visuals. I watched Avatar 3 in IMAX 3D and the experience was amazing, the picture was sharp and the sound was immersive. The seats were comfortable and the overall environment was nice. Definitely a good place to enjoy IMAX movies.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with older children and teens who want the IMAX experience for blockbusters, anime films, or visual spectacles. The 7th-floor location inside a premium mall means navigation takes planning. Younger children can attend standard-format sessions β the comfortable seating and clean environment hold up for all ages.

βJust watched Dead to Rights. A truly touching filmβshowing that even in the darkest, most life-threatening moments, there can still be kindness, courage, and people willing to sacrifice themselves to save others. Itβs meaningful because itβs based on real history, reminding us of humanity amidst tragedy. The film doesnβt fully expose the extent of cruelty, unlike the documentaries Iβve seen with real photos of atrocities committedβespecially the horrific experiments carried out by Unit 731. Still, itβs a powerful reminder of history and the resilience of the human spirit.β

βNice clean and air-conditioned cinema complex in the Gurney Paragon Mall 7F. We visited on the 1st February, after spending too long in traffic jams and not really getting anywhere! We saw the futuristic movie Mercy starring Chris Pratt and Rebecca Ferguson in standard format - it was different but okay. Maybe more visual in IMAX? Worthy of 7/10. Staff were helpful and friendly, but we were a little disappointed not being able to take our own drinks inside.β
