We all had so much fun at the Ghost Museum! I think it was one of our highlights, and wasn't expensive at all.🙂 I won't spoil it by going into too much detail, but the ghost models are pretty good, with some info about different ghosts/legends along with some fun along the way. Our youngest is right into ghosts and monsters and I think this was one of the biggest smiles I've seen from her in a while! I'd highly recommend the Ghost Museum for families around Georgetown.👍

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for kids aged six and up who enjoy spooky stories and theatrical experiences without genuine scares. The costume props keep children engaged across all three levels, and the folklore context adds genuine learning.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The second we step foot into the premise, they assisted me and my friends to the ticket counter to buy some tickets. For Weekday IC tickets are Rm24 as for weekend I'm not sure. But it was worth it, me and my friends had lots of fun in there. 😁😁

Amazing place to visit and highly recommended, the ticket is also not expensive. Takes about 1 hour to see and enjoy all 3 levels of exhibit. Alot of costumes to put on and immerse yourself in the vibes. A lot of different cultures to experience. Definitely worth it!!!

Overview

Ghost Museum in George Town spans three levels with creative ghost models, interactive scenes drawn from Malaysian and regional folklore, and costume props visitors can wear throughout. The experience is theatrical and lighthearted rather than genuinely frightening — staff assist from the moment guests arrive and guide groups toward the ticket counter. Plenty of photo opportunities across every level, with different cultural ghost traditions represented.
